Introduction

This website and online store are operated by Zhuzhou Guodao Network Technology Co., Ltd. under the Deravina™ brand.

Throughout these Terms of Service, “Deravina™,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zhuzhou Guodao Network Technology Co., Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, account holder, or other person using the website.

Our website, store content, checkout features, customer tools, products, and related functions are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

The store uses Shopify technology to make the Services available. Purchases made through the store are transactions directly between you and Deravina™, not between you and Shopify.

By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms, discontinue using the Services.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Store

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not always mean the order has been finally accepted.

An order is accepted after:

  • The order enters fulfillment

We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including:

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Deravina™ does not directly retain complete debit or credit card numbers on its own systems.

A payment provider or card issuer may decline, delay, or review a transaction. Questions about account-specific authorization decisions should be directed to the relevant provider.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Review the product selection, quantity, delivery address, and billing details before submitting an order.

Requests to modify or cancel an order should be sent to service@deravina.com within the period stated in our Shipping Policy.

We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing has started.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Processing periods, shipping charges, estimated transit times, tracking information, customs responsibilities, and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier interruptions, weather, customs review, local holidays, address issues, and events outside our reasonable control may affect arrival times.

Responsibility for loss or damage transfers according to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer-protection rules.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacement requests, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain return authorization before mailing a product. Sending an item to an unauthorized address does not guarantee acceptance or reimbursement.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Shopify Platform Relationship

Deravina™ uses Shopify’s commerce infrastructure to operate portions of the store and provide the Services.

Products sold through this store are offered and sold by Zhuzhou Guodao Network Technology Co., Ltd., not Shopify.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not the seller of Deravina™ products and is not responsible for the formation, fulfillment, delivery, return, refund, performance, or outcome of transactions between you and Deravina™.

Your use of certain Shopify-hosted functions may also involve Shopify’s own terms and privacy practices.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because the store uses Shopify and other service providers, information may be processed by those providers to operate the storefront, complete transactions, detect misuse, support delivery, and provide related functionality.

Where liability cannot be completely excluded but may be limited, our aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of:
